Dear commanders around the world, 

  We saw something special when GUNS UP! was released back in 2015, and we started this new project to bring a renewed version of the game to mobile. A few players from Canada, France, Switzerland, Singapore, India and the Philippines have already been able to access the game’s early preview. We are grateful for all the support and interest you’ve given the comeback of GUNS UP! on mobile.

 Today, we want to share an important update with the GUNS UP! Community. After careful consideration and feedback from players, we have made the decision to move the global release date of GUNS UP! Mobile to early next year. 

 

Reasons for the Change of Date 

  We have received a great amount of feedback concerning improvements and issues within our game during the preview period. We appreciate all the support and input you have given us. We want GUNS UP! Mobile to deliver a fun and smooth experience for all players, which means more time and effort to make improvements and fix the problems we’ve encountered during its preview phase.

  Our development team has been working extremely hard to bring the best version of GUNS UP! Mobile to the world. We did succeed in making significant progress around core features and gameplay of GUNS UP! Mobile as we convert the game into a brand new mobile experience. This includes a main PvP Raid Mode, Defense Mode, Zombies Mode, building and upgrading your base, taking part in Community Challenges, and more. Nevertheless, as the contents started to grow and as feedback from the community started pouring in, we had to take a step back and take a hard look at the current state of the game. We decided what we currently have isn’t all that we want players to experience. So, we decided to dedicate more time and effort for additional polishing and balancing around these main features. 

  In addition to polishing work, we are preparing new features in the game that will make Guns Up! Mobile more diverse and social, so players from all around the world can enjoy it together. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s to come during the next few months.

Guns Up! Mobile is still in development and some of the content mentioned below are still subject to change, but we wanted to show you some of the pieces we’re working on.

 

Alliances & Seasons

 We are excited to announce that Alliances are coming to GUNS UP! Mobile! Alliances will provide a social space for players to join together, communicate, collaborate, and soon compete against other Alliances for rewards during Alliance Seasons.

Prison Break

  The GUNS UP! Mobile experience is expanding even more! Prison Break is a new strategic challenge mode that focuses on players rescuing and keeping as many units alive as possible throughout the battle. We are looking forward to sharing more upcoming game modes soon.

Bounty Mode

  PvP Bounties will be introduced as a separate game mode that works the same as Raids but with a twist. In this mode, you’ll choose your opponents from a selection of defenses with a high win rate in Raids. It should prove a new challenge for players that like these types of tough PvP battles, and highlight great player defense designs.

 

Localization Support

  We are also planning to have Guns Up! Mobile to be available in as many countries as possible, this means it will be localized in 14 languages at launch: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish (MX), Portuguese (BR), Russian, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi. 

 

New Units, Events Equipment, Base Themes and much more!

  By dedicating more time to the development of GUNS UP! Mobile, not only will we be able to focus on crafting these new experiences, we will also continue to improve the amount of diverse content and the overall gameplay experience.

   We really appreciate all the great feedback and help resolving technical issues we’ve received so far.
