[Technical Issue] I can't connect to the game or I get disconnected often while playing. How can I fix this?

You may be experiencing an issue with your game being stuck at the initial loading screen or losing connection during gameplay for the following reasons:
1. If your device is not supported (or on the cusp of being obsolete)
2. If your game needs to be updated (please refresh Google Play or the App Store regularly to check for updates)
3. If you are playing the game with an unstable network connection
If you experience problems with a device that is supported, please update your game to the latest version and make sure you have a stable network connection. We recommend playing on WiFi whenever available.
