Did you accidentally Destroy environmental objects you now want to use for defensive purposes?

You can 'Reset Base' from the Outpost building and bring back all destroyed environmental objects (trees, rocks, etc.).

It's also worth noting that you won't lose any upgrades you made to your building. They will all just be placed back into your Builders Inventory!
