[Gameplay] How do I unlock more Units?

Certain units are unlocked and given for free by upgrading the Command Center.
Other units can be acquired directly from opening Crates awarded from battles or purchased in the Store. You can also unlock new units with Unit Shards collected from completing Quests, participating in Limited Time Events, opening Battle Crates, or purchasing Crates in the Store.
